What a Fantastic hotel. Excellent service. Staff where Brillant. Hotel in an absolutely Fantastic position. Very close to City centre. Would definitely return. What a great City Barcelona is. Only negative comment to make. Assortment of snacks on a tray in the room, don't touch them, we did not have a price list on SHOW, so thought this was a complimentary pack. We got charged, very expensive.

We was very dissapointed that we had to pay for the snacks. There was no price list on SHOW. So we thought it was a complimentary pack. We where told the price list was near the Mini bar . NO. The price list was underneath the tray that the kettle was on. Out of site. We have been in other hotels where you get complimentary packs. So thought this was one.

I did not stay at the hotel but went to an evening of music and dinner on the roof on 3 July. The waiters were very friendly/helpful. The food was very good - and the band who played were excellent. In fact if someone could let me know what their name is I would like to see if they have recorded anything.

I didn't. It was a lovely evening - our first in Barcelona and was just superb!

the location was perfect, hotel was clean breakfast was very good & plentiful rooftop pool was perfect to relax after aday of sightseeing enjoying a drink overlooking Barcelona

the only complaint we had was lack of tea & coffee in the room & when we asked SOME reception staff for extras he pointed out it was housekeepers job not his to replace coffee, reluctantly he did get us some apart from that our stay was perfect (note to reception man look after yre customers they pay the wages,then talk to housekeeping staff)
